Steptacular Stage School was established in 2006 by Director Nicole McDonald, who wanted to open a prestigious school of dance and performance to pupils of all ages and provide them with the best training and opportunities. Our dedicated and hardworking team has contributed to Steptacular becoming a successful and respected Dance and Performance School. The aim of the school is to encourage dancers to be the best they can be. The school offers examinations to students (If they wish) to help them progress further with their training. We have highly qualified and experienced instructors who are the best in the industry to share their skills and talent with the pupils they train, as we only want the best for Steptacular pupils. We offer a large range of classes to all our students including Musical Theatre, Singing, Drama and lots, lots more.
We give our students exciting opportunities to perform in some of Dublinโs top Theatres. Twice a year we take to the stage for our Summer Show and our very own Steptacular Panto. We are very proud to have our very own Elite Team, a competitive dance team which has excelled since it began in 2016, attending some of the biggest dance competitions in Ireland and the UK, and have come away with Trophies and Medals in each one. Students also have the opportunity to take exams in their chosen fields, all which we offer here in Steptacular.
We hold intensive workshops and camps throughout the year, Easter/Summer/Christmas etc. These are open to all Steptacular Students and the public. We have Steptacular Teachers and guest teachers on board to provide only the best for our students.
We believe that the arts enrich the life of the student and family and builds community through cultural awareness. Our students are encouraged to become technically proficient and at the same time build self-esteem, cooperation, leadership skills AND HAVE FUN!
